At The Skin Bar, we want you to love your glow; if a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of the product remaining to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the products in their original box and include the printed return authorization form to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
